Effective date: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Poker Planner ("Poker Planner," "we," "us," or "our"), available at pokerplanner.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Poker Planner is a software tool that helps hosts organize private home poker games — including scheduling, inviting players, running the game (timers, chip and payout helpers, and a display mode), and recording buy-ins, cash-outs, and results.
Poker Planner is an organizational and record-keeping tool for private social games only. We do not operate, host, facilitate, promote, or take any part in gambling, betting, or games of chance for money.
We do not process, collect, hold, escrow, or transfer any money, buy-ins, or winnings. Any payments between hosts and players happen solely between those individuals — in person or through third-party services such as Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App. The ledger, chip, and payout features (including any payment QR codes) are conveniences for users' own record-keeping, and we are not a party to any transaction or debt between users.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Poker Planner.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to operate or facilitate illegal gambling, to harass or harm others, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
You retain rights to the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it as needed to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The service relies on and links to third parties (for example, mapping, email, and payment apps). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations — including chip distribution, payout splits, blind schedules, or ledger totals — and you should independently verify any figures that matter to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poker Planner and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost money, winnings, or disputes between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poker Planner and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your games, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
If we offer paid features in the future, additional billing terms (such as pricing, renewals, and refunds) will be presented to you at the time of purchase and will form part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
